Privacy Policy

go.saveonmyquote.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by World Media Hub, Inc. d/b/a SaveOnMyQuote.com ("World Media Hub", "we", "us"), a California corporation at 1045 E Broadway, Anaheim, CA 92805. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have for information collected on this Site, including our text program (section 5).

1. What we collect

Information you give us:

  • On the free guide request form (on the home page, go.saveonmyquote.com/free-guide and go.saveonmyquote.com/text-updates): your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number. If you tick the optional text consent box, we also keep a record of your consent (the date and time, the page, the exact wording you agreed to, your IP address and browser).
  • On the contact form: your name, email address and message.

Information collected automatically: your hosting provider's standard server logs record IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, referring page, and the date and time of the request. We use no tracking pixels (section 6).

2. How we use it

  • To run the Site.
  • To send the guide you request, and to answer your questions or set up a call when you ask for one.
  • To send the texts you signed up for, and to reply when you text us.
  • To answer the messages and requests you send us.
  • To keep the Site running, secure and working well.
  • To keep records of consent, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

3. We don't sell text program data

The mobile number you enroll in SaveOnMyQuote Text Updates, your text consent and your opt-in record are used only to run our text program. Section 5 has the details.

4. When we share information

4.1 Service providers

We share information with companies that run parts of the Site for us: our text messaging provider, and our hosting and email providers, who process data only to run the Site and send the guide. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.

4.3 Business transfers

If World Media Hub is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

SaveOnMyQuote Text Updates is our text program. We send recurring automated marketing text messages, including updates about your final expense cost guide request and offers from SaveOnMyQuote, and only to people who give a mobile number and tick our optional text consent box. By offers we mean new SaveOnMyQuote cost guides and worksheets, and our free call-back service. Reminders for a call-back you asked for are updates about your request. The consent box reads, word for word: "Optional: By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from SaveOnMyQuote at the mobile number provided, including updates about my final expense cost guide request and offers from SaveOnMyQuote. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to get the guide. Msg & data rates may apply; msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."

  • We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Your text consent, the record of when you gave it, and the fact that you signed up stay with World Media Hub. We use them only to send our texts and to show that you agreed.
  • Our text messaging provider processes your number only to deliver our messages.
  • Msg & data rates may apply; msg frequency varies.
  • Reply STOP, STOPALL, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop. You can also ask us to stop by phone or email. We honor every opt-out within 10 business days at most.
  • Reply HELP or INFO for help, or contact us at support@saveonmyquote.com or (888) 410-2975.

6. Cookies and similar tools

The Site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, pixels or analytics tools. It sets only what is needed to run the Site, such as the security and performance functions of our hosting provider. If we ever add analytics, we will update this section before we do.

7. How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping consent records for as long as the law lets someone bring a claim about a message. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Your choices and your California rights

  • Texts: you can reply STOP at any time.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email from us.

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell and share; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email privacy@saveonmyquote.com or call (888) 410-2975. We will verify your request before acting on it. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: we do not sell or share personal information collected on this Site. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.

9. Children

The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use text program data, we will ask for your consent again before it applies to you.
