These Terms govern your use of go.saveonmyquote.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by World Media Hub, Inc. d/b/a SaveOnMyQuote.com, a California corporation ("World Media Hub", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 to use it.

1. What the Site is

The Site offers educational cost guides about funeral and end-of-life expenses and final expense life insurance, a free Final Expense Cost Guide, and our text updates. Educational information, not insurance advice: none of it is insurance, financial, legal or tax advice, and SaveOnMyQuote is not an insurance company. We do not sell or quote insurance policies on the Site. Talk to a licensed insurance professional before you buy a policy.

2. Accuracy

Costs and rules change. Our guides cite public sources and show the date we last updated them, but information on the Site may contain errors or be out of date. Prices you are quoted by a funeral home or an insurer may differ from the figures we cite.

3. Text messages

SaveOnMyQuote Text Updates is governed by our SMS Terms at go.saveonmyquote.com/sms-terms, which are part of these Terms. In short: texts come from World Media Hub only to people who tick our text consent box; message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help; and your text consent is never shared with any other company.

4. Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes trying to break into it, overload it, copy it with automated tools, upload harmful code, enter someone else's information, or use it to break the law.

5. Our content

The Site's text, design, logos and code belong to World Media Hub or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use needs our written permission. Other companies' names and marks belong to them.

6. Links

The Site may link to other websites.

7. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site or its data will be accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, World Media Hub and its officers, employees and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Disputes, governing law and arbitration

9.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9.2 Notice first

Before starting arbitration, send a written notice describing your claim and the relief you want to World Media Hub, Inc., Attn: Legal, 1045 E Broadway, Anaheim, CA 92805. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either side may start arbitration.

9.3 Arbitration

Any dispute about the Site, these Terms or our messages will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may choose to bring a claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies. Claims are brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

9.4 Courts

If a dispute is not subject to arbitration, it will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version applies from the effective date posted on this page.
